Brother tribute
You may well have acted like you didn’t like each other, but deep down there was nothing you wouldn’t do for him.
All siblings fight, and you and your Brother were no exception. However, that was pretty much all meaningless. Even if you argued about everything under the sun, you knew that you would support each other through thick and thin. Walk that 500 miles…
Your Brother was the best person to go to for advice. Even if it was for something irrelevant or insignificant. Your Brother always knew what to say to help you feel better.
You kept each other’s secrets. Your Brother was the one person who you could tell just about anything and everything to.
Remember?
And no matter what happened, your Brother would never sell you out, and you knew that without a doubt you’d do the same for them. Like a band of bothers…
He was protective towards you if you’re a sister, especially a kid sister. When you were both young, nobody would get away with hurting you without going through him, and vice versa. Even if your Brother was a little overbearing sometimes, you knew that he loved you, always meant well and wanted the best for you.
Your Brother loved you unconditionally. You could fight every other day, and you could argue over stupid stuff as much as you wanted bu the bond held true. Even, in latter years with all the difficulties and complications that adult responsibility implies, the love you had for each other was unbreakable.
You knew practically everything about each other. To say that you ‘got each other’ is an understatement. Sometimes, you were surprised by how much you knew about each other.
You can always count on your Brother to make you laugh. He was the family wit. Looking back now, you realise that the best remedy for anything that life cares to throw at you was, is, a good laugh.
And the one who, now in hindsight, always seemed to make you laugh, or merely smile, was your Brother.
He was your best friend. You thought he would always be there for you, but fate has a funny way of intervening…
Why not tell your Brother’s story and pay Tribute to him here and now on Friends Past. A Tribute that will endure for ever and ever…
